Futureworks NY provides personalised support and guidance for those looking to improve their lives.

We are a not-for-profit organisation and we started out in 2012.

Our mission is to work within our community, provide support and guidance and encourage all ages to fulfil their potential through engagements, motivation and support.

Our work includes helping school age individuals; young adults aged 16 to 18 years, and Adult Training. We also have our own workshop and retail space at Furniture Works in Scarborough.

The projects we carry out are varied, ranging from activities to outdoor challenges, and from furniture restoration to property renovation. There are qualification opportunities for some Learners.

We have even hosted our own awards ceremony with a fantastic table decorations, 1920s theme and a delicious menu!

Our recent achievements include being in the Parliamentary Review of Spring 2020. You can read about this in our News Section along with lots of other stories and insights.

We also have volunteer opportunities and as a Community Interest Company, we also welcome donations.

We’ve been featured in the Parliamentary Review, a prestigious publication that recognises best practice.
